The General Maintenance Technician assists in the upkeep, repair, and maintenance of facilities, equipment, and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in performing preventive maintenance on building systems, machinery, and equipment.
• Perform basic repairs, such as replacing light bulbs, fixing leaks, and patching walls.
• Operate hand and power tools to complete maintenance tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored.
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies while performing maintenance
• Assist in installing, assembling, or disassembling equipment as needed.
• Report any hazards, defects, or required repairs to the maintenance supervisor.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions from senior technicians
